Hrimgaul the Pale, who took Isselhold in YD 301 and grew a palace of ice about himself. His breath is the white-storm. He lies upon the Frost Key and cannot use it, as a dog lies upon a stolen boot. Called by the Frostwatch folk 'the Frost Dragon'.
