How to learn it
Learned from the Tome: Curse of Weakness (tier 2). Tomes drop from monsters of level 10+ (2% base chance per kill, ×3 for ranged casters, bosses always drop one) and are sold by tome vendors (tier 2 tomes: 250 gold base value). Starter spells need no tome.
